POSITIONS AVAILABLE: 

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Program Director assists the Director of Operations in daily operations, as well as financial and programmatic needs, supporting the growth and development of the business.  The PD supervises regional management staff in Supported Living and Adult Day Services.  This role conducts meetings, oversees service delivery including scheduling, hiring, and training, and assists with marketing of services.  Candidates will show consistent quality of service to consumers, effective management of overtime expenses and staff turnover rates, strong leadership, and establishment/maintenance of relationships with all stakeholders.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Associates or bachelor’s degree in a human service field and three (3) years of management/supervisory experience in a related field.  Must share company values and philosophy, be a positive leader, have experience with managing and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and understand the governing rules and guidelines regulating provision of services to individuals with disabilities.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Current valid driver’s license and insurance coverage. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

PROGRAM MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Program Manager is responsible for the day to day management and supervision of supported living services.  This position ensures that the environment in which services are provided are healthy and safe.  The Program Manager supervises direct care staff, and assists with ongoing training to ensure staff deliver high quality care.  This position requires a flexible schedule with the ability to take after-hours calls.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. One (1) year experience managing personnel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.  Must demonstrate proficiency in using web based applications and other technology. Must maintain a current driver's license with less than six (6) points and automobile insurance that meets Ohio minimum standards.

ADULT SERVICES MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW:  The Adult Day Services Manager is responsible for the daily operation of all day service programming. Supports the growth of existing business and promotes and develops new business opportunities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Preferably an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, plus two(2) years management experience, or five (5) years management experience.  Ability to obtain/maintain CPR and First Aid Certification and to successfully complete all other required training for the position.  Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities.  Proven leadership capabilities. Strong written and oral communication skills.  Successful background check.  Current valid driver’s license, with less than six (6) points, and compliance with Ohio liability insurance coverage standards.

 LEAD SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW:  The Lead Support Associate is responsible for delivering and supporting the delivery of high quality services that are documented in accordance with company policy.  This position provides mentoring support for Support Associates, serving as a training and information resource.  The Lead Support Associate also assumes responsibility for monitoring service documentation and ensuring the assigned service location is maintained according to client and company standards, 


POSITION REQUIREMENTS: One (1) year experience providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities.  High school diploma or GED
.  Current valid driver’s license with a good driving record and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Strong communication and organizational skills a must.

SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

DAY SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Day Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers participating in our Adult Day Services Program.  The Day Support Associate ensures the activities offered at the program are consistent with the individual’s preferences, as stated in the ISP.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
