RMS Provides a Variety of Helpful Services

Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF /DD) Group Homes, Institutional Respite and Specialized Services for Individuals with Autism. 

RMS: Intermediate Care Facilities for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF /DD ) Group Homes

Our ICF/DD Group Homes serve individuals with more significant physical, medical, and/or behavioral needs that require 24 hour a day care and support.

Our six ICF/DD Group Homes house eight individuals in each home to allow for a more family-like setting.

Residents of our group homes receive assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, personal hygiene, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping services, assistance with medical appointments, nursing support and psychological services.

ICF/DD Locations:

RMS ICF/DD Group Home staff have received specialized training in the appropriate interventions and supports for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Our ICF/DD Group Homes are located throughout the Cincinnati area at the following locations:

  • Carini Lane* (Green Hills)
  • Hanfield Avenue (Northside)
  • Longmeadow Road* (Amberly Village)
  • Melrose Avenue (Walnut Hills)
  • Spring Lawn Avenue (Northside)
  • Thomwood Drive* (North College Hill)

RMS: Institutional Respite Services

Our Institutional Respite Services are available for individuals who require significant assistance with personal care and activities of daily living.

Institutional Respite Services are available at two of our ICF/DD Group Homes to provide 24 hour support for times in which the routine care giver is unavailable.

RMS: Specialized Services for Individuals with Autism

RMS staff have extensive training and experience supporting adults on the autism spectrum. Our staff understand that each individual has unique needs, and will spend the time to learn and understand how best to support each individual.

RMS currently offers specialized adult day services in Cincinnati Transitional Day Programming Services, ICF/DD Group Homes, and Supported Living Services.
