SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Position Overview: The Support Associate (DSP) is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers (individuals) as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.
Position Requirements: Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

DAY SUPPORT ASSOCIATE
Position Overview: The Day Support Associate (DSP) is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers participating in our Adult Day Services Program. The Day Support Associate ensures the activities offered at the program are consistent with the individual’s preferences, as stated in the ISP.
Position Requirements: Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

Transparency in Coverage-Machine-Readable Files
In 2020, the Federal Government finalized “Transparency in Coverage” Rule, which requires health insurers and group health plans, including self-funded clients, to provide cost-sharing data to consumers.
Through UnitedHealthcare, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of RMS.
