Team Lead DSP
Position Overview: The Team Lead DSP (Lead Support Associate) is responsible for delivering and supporting the delivery of high-quality services that are documented in accordance with company policy.
This position provides mentoring support for DSPs (support associates), serving as a training and information resource. The Team Lead DSP also assumes responsibility for monitoring service documentation and ensuring the assigned service location is maintained according to client and company standards.
Position Requirements: One (1) year experience providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. High school diploma or GED. Current valid driver’s license with a good driving record and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Strong communication and organizational skills a must.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)
Position Overview: The Direct Support Professional (Support Associate) is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to individuals as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.
Position Requirements: Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

DAY SUPPORT DSP
Position Overview: The Day Support DSP (Day Support Associate) is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to individuals participating in our adult day services program. They ensures the activities offered at the program are consistent with the individual’s preferences, as stated in the ISP.
Position Requirements: Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
