Current Openings:
Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 2nd Shift & Weekends
Position Overview: Our Support Associates (or DSPs) are responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers (individuals) as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.
These professionals assist adults with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Our individuals need assistance in their homes with chores, hygiene, general upkeep of home. Also, getting out in the community for groceries, banking and recreational activities.
Position Requirements: Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. A High School diploma or GED is preferred. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification.

In 2020, the Federal Government finalized “Transparency in Coverage” Rule, which requires health insurers and group health plans, including self-funded clients, to provide cost-sharing data to consumers.
Through UnitedHealthcare, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits creates and publishes the Machine-Readable Files on behalf of RMS.
