As a long-standing agency in Ohio, RMS is closely aligned with the initiatives and guidance from the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). More recently this has included Ohio’s Tech First initiative. We actively monitor updates and emerging priorities from Ohio’s DODD ensuring that our services not only meet the state’s standards but reflect the latest innovations and person-centered approaches promoted by the state.

At RMS, we deliver a wide range of support services that are guided by the state’s commitment to individualized care. Our core services include:
- Remote Support Services
Using assistive technology and real-time teleconferencing, we help individuals maintain independence and safety in their own homes—while staying connected to highly trained staff who monitor and respond as needed. RMS is a leader in implementing DODD-endorsed remote support innovations. - ICF/IID Homes (Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities)
We provide 24/7 support in licensed, well-staffed homes that offer medical care, daily living assistance, and meaningful community engagement for those with higher support needs. - Supported Living (Homemaker Personal Care)
Our team empowers individuals to live as independently as possible, offering flexible in-home services tailored to each person’s unique goals, interests, and abilities. - Adult Day Support
RMS day programs are safe, inclusive, and enriching spaces where individuals can build skills, make friends, and engage in community-based activities that reflect their personal interests.
