Participant Requirements


Supported Living - Participant requirements

All program participants must have a developmental disability to participate in RMS Supported Living Services.

Individuals must be enrolled on an Individual Options (I/O) or Level One waiver. Private funds or County Board of Developmental Disabilities funding will be accepted.



Adult Day Services - Participant requirements

All program participants must have a developmental disability to participate in RMS programming.

All program participants must have a developmental disability, and be at least 18 years of age to participate in RMS Adult Day Programming.

Individuals must be enrolled on an Individual Options (I/O) or Level One waiver. Private funds or County Board of Developmental Disabilities funding will be accepted.



ICF/MR - Participant requirements

All program participants must have a developmental disability to receive RMS residential services.

Individuals requiring residential service must have a developmental disability, be at least 18 years of age, and meet Medicaid requirements for an ICF/MR level of care.

Medicaid, private funds or County Board of Developmental Disabilities funding will be accepted.



Institutional Respite Services - Participant requirements

All program participants must have a developmental disability and be at least 18 years of age to receive Institutional Respite Services.

Individuals requiring institutional respite must be 18 years old and meet Medicaid requirements for an ICF/MR level of care.

Individuals must be enrolled on an Individual Options (I/O) or Level One waiver. Private funds or County Board of Developmental Disabilities funding will be accepted.



Specialized Services - Participant requirements

All program participants must have a diagnosis on the autism spectrum to participate in specialized RMS programming.

Individuals must be enrolled on an Individual Options (I/O) or Level One waiver. Private funds or County Board of Developmental Disabilities funding will be accepted.
