HOME MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Home Manager is responsible for providing management oversight and staff supervision of an eight bed ICF/DD group home.  The Home Manager ensures that staff are trained and adequate in number to provide the services and supports prescribed in the individuals  Plan (IPP).  This position works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the delivery of high quality services.  This position requires a flexible schedule and the commitment to routinely provide direct support services.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED.  One (1) year experience in a supervisory role.  Previous experience providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.  Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

SYSTEMS MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Systems Manager is responsible for providing management oversight and staff supervision of supported living services.  The Systems Manager ensures that staff are trained and adequate in number to provide the services and supports prescribed in the individuals Individual Support Plan (ISP).  This position works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the delivery of high quality services.  This position requires a flexible schedule and the commitment to routinely provide direct support services.

 SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

  • PART TIME--2nd shift weekdays, must be able to work every other weekend
North Central Region (Lima—Allen & Putnam Counties)
  • PART TIME—Allen—2nd shift, must be able to work every other weekend

DAY SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Day Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers participating in our Adult Day Services Program.  The Day Support Associate ensures the activities offered at the program are consistent with the individual’s preferences, as stated in the ISP.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
