OFFICE COORDINATOR 

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Responsibilities include  coordinating human resource management, accounts payable activities, and general office support. The Office Coordinator will support employee acquisition, benefit enrollment, and personnel maintenance activities, in addition to  accounting functions.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma with additional coursework in business is preferred.  One (1) year experience in a professional office setting.  Proficiency in Quicken, Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency accessing the internet.  Ability to maintain CPR and First Aid certification

ADULT DAY SERVICES MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Adult Day Services Manager is responsible for providing management oversight and staff supervision for the three service locations in the greater Toledo area.  The Adult Day Services Manager ensures that staff are trained and maintained to provide the services and supports prescribed in the individuals Individual Support Plan (ISP).  This position works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programming content is relevant, engaging, and meeting the needs of the individuals we serve.  The Adult Day Services Manager must exercise great leadership and creativity to maintain the success of these programs.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Associates or Bachelor’s degree.  Two (2) years experience in a supervisory role.  Previous experience providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.  Current valid driver’s license with a good driving record and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

SYSTEMS MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Systems Manager is responsible for providing management oversight and staff supervision of supported living services.  The Systems Manager ensures that staff are trained and adequate in number to provide the services and supports prescribed in the individuals Individual Support Plan (ISP).  This position works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the delivery of high quality services.  This position requires a flexible schedule and the commitment to routinely provide direct support services.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED.  One (1) year experience in a supervisory role.  Previous experience providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.  Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

DAY SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Day Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers participating in our Adult Day Services Program.  The Day Support Associate ensures the activities offered at the program are consistent with the individual’s preferences, as stated in the ISP.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
