PROGRAM DIRECTOR

POSITION OVERVIEW The Program Director is responsible for providing management and supervision of six ICF/IDD group homes.  The Program Director, under the supervision of the Director of Operations, provides operational oversight to ensure residential services are provided in a manner consistent with the individuals' IPPs, regulatory requirements, and organizational philosophy.  The Program Director is responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and that staff are sufficiently trained.  Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring that Medicaid and DODD standards are consistently met at each service location.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS A bachelor's degree in a human service or management field.  A minimum of three (3) years management experience, experience managing professional and paraprofessional staff preferred.  Knowledge of Medicaid ICF/IDD and DODD licensure requirements strongly preferred.  Must have a current Ohio Driver's License,  and the ability to maintain CPR/First Aid, and medication administration certification.

SYSTEMS MANAGER

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Systems Manager is responsible for providinsixg management oversight and staff supervision of supported living services.  The Systems Manager ensures that staff are trained and adequate in number to provide the services and supports prescribed in the individuals Individual Support Plan (ISP).  This position works collaboratively with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure the delivery of high quality services.  This position requires a flexible schedule and the commitment to routinely provide direct support services.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED.  One (1) year experience in a supervisory role.  Previous experience providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.  Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

 SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

POSITION OVERVIEW: The Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

      Northeast Region (Cleveland-Cuyahoga County) FULL AND PART TIME--afternoons/evenings and weekends    
        Northwest Region (Toledo—Lucas County) FULL AND PART TIME—2nd shift, requires weekend availability 1st shift weekends available
          North Central Region (Lima—Allen & Putnam Counties)
            PART TIME--Putnam—3rd shift every other weekend PART TIME—Allen—2nd shift, must be able to work every other weekend

              Central Region (Columbus—Franklin County)--FULL AND PART TIME all shifts

                South Central Region (Dayton-Montgomery & Greene Counties)--FULL AND PART TIME all shifts

                    DAY SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

                    POSITION OVERVIEW: The Day Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support and assistance to consumers participating in our Adult Day Services Program.  The Day Support Associate ensures the activities offered at the program are consistent with the individual’s preferences, as stated in the ISP.


                    POSITION REQUIREMENTS: A High School diploma or GED. Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards. Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification. Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
