"When I was looking for a residential group home for my son...I
was looking for a group home that had some of the same values that
I have in my home. Eric is a respectful young man and
transitioning him to residential devastated me.
"While visiting RMS there were several reasons why I chose RMS:
RMS gave me opportunity to visit first and bring Eric later so
that he can visit by himself for four days. RMS has a passionate
staff and therapeutic program to help create a better quality of
life. RMS is a team of professionals that are caring, loving and
well-trained. RMS has provided opportunities for Eric to master
his social, cognitive and comprehensive skills so he will be able
to be a great asset to the community at large. RMS includes a
variety of therapeutic programs and opportunities for friendships
and socialization. RMS offered free access to outdoor activities
such as trips and home visits. RMS encourages family and friends
to visit and attend special events. RMS has provided ME a peace of
mind knowing that Eric is receiving good care.
---Cora Jeter,
mother of Eric Jeter. Eric has been an RMS resident since 1993.
